Concept

The vision of Nativity House is two-fold with an overarching principle of nurturing community. One way that we plan to nurture community is through our cooperative Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) project.

In 2021, we had 10 families in our CSA! Note that we are also open to half shares if you know a family that you would like to team up with.

What will we be planting?
  • Night shade family: Peppers (sweet and hot); Tomatoes (Varieties: cherry, sauce, sandwich)
  • Fruit: Apples, Pears, Strawberries, Cherries, Raspberries
  • Greens: Kale; Salad greens; Chards; Stewing greens
  • Root vegetables: Radishes; Beets; Carrots; Onions
  • Squash family: Pumpkins; Gourds; Summer; Cucumber
  • Beans: Dried and pole beans
  • Herbs: Basil; Cilantro; Thyme; Parsley
